The online registration submitted will be considered a formal contract with legal effect and will be subject to relevant legal regulations. 

By submitting the registration form, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the organizer. After completing the registration, whether or not a subsequent written contract is signed, it will be deemed as a formal and binding agreement with the organizer.
The application will remain open until all booths are fully booked.
